Whether you are planning a pregnancy or exploring contraceptive options, Dr Ada Ng provides clear, non-judgmental guidance tailored to your circumstances and preferences. Contraceptive options include oral contraceptive pills, long-acting reversible contraception (LARC), the intrauterine device (IUD/IUS), and implants.

Menstrual Disorders

Irregular, heavy, or painful periods are not something you simply have to endure. Dr Ada Ng assesses and manages the full range of menstrual disorders, from hormonal imbalances to structural causes such as fibroids or polyps, and recommends an approach matched to your symptoms and preferences.

Fibroid Management

Uterine fibroids are common, non-cancerous growths in or around the uterus that can cause heavy periods, pelvic pressure, urinary frequency, and in some cases, difficulty conceiving. Dr Ada Ng provides individualised assessment and management, from watchful waiting and medical therapy to minimally invasive surgical treatment where appropriate.

Ovarian Cysts

Ovarian cysts vary widely in type and clinical significance. Most are benign and resolve without intervention. Others require monitoring or, in some cases, surgical removal. Dr Ada Ng assesses each cyst based on its ultrasound characteristics, your symptoms, and relevant risk factors, and recommends the most appropriate course of action.

General Gynaecology & Screening

Dr Ada Ng provides care for a broad range of gynaecological concerns, including cervical screening (Pap smear, HPV testing), STI screening, vaginal symptoms, and menopausal care. If you are unsure whether your concern warrants a specialist review, it is always appropriate to have it assessed.
